Yes. Bodyform meets you where you are. Movements are guided, adjustable, and designed to feel both approachable and effective.
Wear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle. Also your grip socks for Bodyformer class. Everything else is prepared for you.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first visit, so you can settle in comfortably.

Heart-Rate Tracking & Technology
The heart-rate device helps you train with awareness. It tracks how your body responds during class, so intensity stays effective, controlled, and aligned with your fitness level.
Simply wear the chest strap device before class begins. It connects automatically and works quietly in the background while you move — no interaction required during the workout.
During class, your heart rate is displayed in real time, allowing you (and your instructor) to understand effort levels as you train. This helps guide pacing, rest, and intensity.
After class, you'll be able to review key metrics such as time spent in heart-rate zones and overall training effort. These insights help you understand how hard you worked and how your body adapts over time.
